This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.56 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Serampore, Hooghly. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has instituted the aforesaid suit for declaration of his tenancy rights against the opposite parties. 3. It is further submitted that in the said suit, an interlocutory application under Section 36 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has also been filed, which is pending. 4. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of notice of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 5. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Serampore, Hooghly to dispose of the petitioner’s application under Section 36 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed. Thereafter, the learned Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.56 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 6. CO 955 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. 7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.) 2
