The applicant had previously moved an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court, which was dismissed vide an order dated 09.06.2026, after considering only the medical grounds taken in the bail application. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case or on any proposed application before the Sessions Court, which may be considered by the Sessions Court in accordance with law. 7.
