Though the writ petition is filed for the aforesaid relief, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that challenging the rejection letter of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner had approached the 1st respondent who in turn forwarded the appeal to the District Level Empowerment Committee. Therefore, the District Level Empowerment Committee is directed to dispose of the petitioner’s appeal within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
