Civil Writ Petition No. 9840/2026:- Learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to file additional affidavit as well as to seek instructions, from the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case, after declaration of no construction zone vide notification dated 24.12.2013 in order to protect the boundaries of Anasagar (2 of 2) [CW-9840/2026] Lake and Pal Bichla Lake Rajasthan Lake (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015 has been enacted by the State Government, which has come into force in the year 2015. Thereafter, in the light of directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.11153/2011, 11 members’ Committee gave its report on different factors including no construction zone and as per the recommendations given by the Committee, one of the recommendation is that in view of the present geographical position as well as subsequent facts, it would be proper to review the no construction zone. Learned counsel submits that ignoring all the above facts, notice dated 29.04.2026 has been issued by the respondent- Municipal Corporation treating the property of the petitioner in no construction zone. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in connected writ petitions i.e. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6634/2023, 2941/2023 and Others, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has protected the rights of respective petitioners in those cases. In view of above, till filing of additional affidavit by the respondents, both the parties shall maintain a status quo as it exist today. S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 17692/2022,2926/2023, 2933/2023, 2941/2023, 2943/2023, 4744/2023, 6633/2023, 6634/2023 and 6639/2023:- List these matters along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9840/2026.
