By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i) That the writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to respondent dep0aqrtment directing that the case of the present Petitioner may kindly be considered as per the analogy of Satya Devi’s Case. (ii) That the Petitioner may kindly be allowed to continue in services till the completion of 60 years.” 3. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
