It is the contention of the petitioner that Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Occupation, Gowribidanuru Taluk has passed a resolution on 20.01.2004, as found at Annexure-C resolving to grant 30 guntas and 25 guntas separately in Sy.No.62; 28 guntas and 10 guntas separately in Sy.No.63 all situated at Ramachandrapura Village, Gowribidanuru Taluk, Chikkaballapura District. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-Tahsildar is not issuing Saguvali Chit pursuant to the grant made by the Committee. Therefore, the prayer in writ petition is to issue Saguvali Chit and thereafter enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent – Tahasildar, Gowribidanur Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner at - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13558 WP No. 30668 of 2025 Annexure-D dated 31.07.2023, verify the records and find out whether Sri.R.G.Hanumanthareddy S/o Late R.S.Govindareddy was indeed granted the land. If it is found that the Committee had in fact regularised the land in favour of Sri.R.G.Hanumanthareddy, issue Saguvali chit in his favour and then the Tahsildar shall collect kimmat from the petitioner once he has satisfied himself on all aspects and he shall enter the name of Sri.R.G.Hanumanthareddy in the land records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 5.
