Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 34 of IPC . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner assaulted informant and his wife by iron rod, as a result of which, they sustained multiple injuries. Injury sustained by informant is grievous in nature 4.
