The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hazaribagh Vigilance Case No. 11/2023 arising out of ACB P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017. It has been alleged that during the check period, the petitioner was found in possession of disproportionate assets more than his known source of income. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was inconsistency in the check period. In fact, the income of the wife of the petitioner was not taken into consideration. The income from other sources as well as income from immovable properties have also not been taken into consideration. The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Spl. Judge, ACB, Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh Vigilance Case No. 11/2023 arising out of ACB P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
