…...... 03/ 16.03.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.
2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
4. There is direct allegation against this petitioner that he has fired upon the informant. Though there is no injury, but it is a fact that country-made pistol and three cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
5. Considering the material at this stage, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No.130 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jamshedpur, stands rejected.
6. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.
7. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for grant of bail, after framing of the charge.
