For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Ritvik Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Namkum P.S. Case No. 07 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused were apprehended by the police and from their possession 110.08 grams of brown sugar was recovered. So far as the petitioner is concerned 02.98 grams of brown sugar was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered quantity of brown sugar is of small quantity. It has also been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents and he is in custody 07.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner Cum Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi in connection with Namkum P.S.
