Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice submits that a show cause notice dated 14th July, 2025 has been issued in respect of the unauthorised construction. 3.1. A copy of the aforesaid show cause notice dated 14th July, 2025, has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. 4.
