ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
“Wherefore, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the first and second respondent and grant the following relief;
a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction, quashing the communication bearing No.IOC:Mysore DO:RTI dated 17.02.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent, (Annexure-J) as the same is highly arbitrary, illegal, irrational and unreasonable;
b. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the application dated 24.12.2018 filed by the petitioner for allotment of dealership of retail outlet, a copy of the same is produced as Annexure-A, under Group-1, in the interst of justice;
c. Pass such other order/orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to pass in the interest of justice.”

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the primary requirement for allotment of the retail outlet is that the petitioner should be in possession of the land for establishment of the same. At present the petitioner is not having the land. As

such he is not pressing the writ petition. Hence, his Cour is passing the following:
ORDER i. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. ii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
