“a. issue a Writ, Order or Direction m the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ for Quashing the Impugned Demand of the overstay penalty of Rs. 2,50,000/- and Rs.2,50,000/- raised under Application IDs 230626V9BOSB and 230626HBSZWB respectively, as a condition precedent for issuance of Exit Permits without due consideration of the petitioners' representation, medical condition, humanitarian circumstances and other relevant material placed on record; b. issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to facilitate/ grant Exit Permits to the Petitioners in accordance with law without insisting upon payment of the overstay penalty in the exceptional facts and circumstances of the present case; c. issue a direction to the Respondents to produce the original records, file notings, decision files, electronic records and all material relating to the Petitioners' case before this Hon'ble Court; d. issue a of a Writ of Mandamus restraining the Respondents from taking any coercive action, 39 including detention or deportation of the Petitioners to Yemen during the pendency of the present petition;”
7. The matter is heard at length. The averments made in the petition have also been perused. 8. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the present writ petition be treated as representation on behalf of the petitioners herein and will be decided within three days from date by the competent authority, under intimation to the petitioners. In case of any further grievance, the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court. 9. With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
