A perusal of Annexure P-5 quashing of which is prayed by way of this writ petition demonstrates that it is just a report that has been submitted by the Assistant Registrar to the Registrar Co-operative Societies.

This Court is of the considered view that the petition at this stage is not maintainable for the reason that it is for the Authority concerned to take a final call on the basis of the report on the issue before it and in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order that may be passed by the Authority, then, he may seek legal remedy against it as is available in law.
