Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral). By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(i). That keeping in view of the submission made hereinabove, that the present Writ Petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to release the arrears of revised pay from 01.01.2016 till 30.09.2017 and arrears of revised pension from 30.09.2017 till the actual payment is made along with 9% interest. (ii) That the respondent may kindly be further directed to pay revised gratuity (Death Cum Retirement Gratuity) of the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:25621 ) petitioner, revise leave encashment, commutation of revised pension from 30.09.2017 till the actual payment is made along with rate of 9% interest per annum.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
