1. The prime request coming from the side of petitioner, at the moment, is to provide protection to her, as well as her sister in relation to ongoing investigation regarding FIR No. 196/2026 registered at PS Maidan Garhi for commission of offence under Sections 333/309(6)/311/61(2)/3(5) BNS (corresponding Sections 452/394/397/120B/34 IPC).

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has already got her additional statement recorded before the concerned Court wherein she has also made reference about attempt of sexual assault.
3. Learned ASC (Crl.) for State appears on advance notice and submits that she has already shared the mobile numbers of Beat Officer, concerned SHO and concerned IO and they are continuously in touch with her and would ensure that, if required, she is granted requisite protection.
4. It is submitted that the concerned Beat Officer would also visit her twice a week to ensure her safety. This is a digitally signed order. During course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the police had visited their house, certain photographs were clicked which also included the photographs of the victim. Learned ASC for State submits that she would, personally, look into the matter and would ensure that no such photographs, if taken, are circulated.
6. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, expressing his satisfaction with respect to the abovesaid interim management, does not press for any further relief at this juncture.
7. He, however, states that he would file appropriate application before the concerned Committee i.e. Witness Protection Committee, for seeking any further relief in the matter.
8. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of, as not pressed.
9. Petitioner is also at liberty to approach the concerned Witness Protection Committee. This Court expects that, as and when, any such application is submitted before the concerned Committee, it takes up the same without any delay.
10. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
