The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 274, 275, 3(5) of BNS and Section 47 (a) of Excise Act. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 15.06.2025 and he has been falsely implicated in this case as no incriminating article has been recovered or seized from the possession of this petitioner and petitioner has no concerned with the seized foreign liquor factory. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage. 6.
