The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-MCD to investigate the property bearing No. NIL-34A, NIL This is a digitally signed order. It is the case of the petitioner that a fourth floor is illegally being constructed at the subject property. 3. Counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD on advance notice submits that a show cause notice has been issued to the owner/occupier of the said property on 14th July, 2026. 3.1. The aforesaid show cause notice has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. 4. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent-MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
