The application was filed on 10.06.2025 before the respondent no. 2. In spite of reminders, the respondent no. 2 has not disposed of such application. 3. I direct the respondent no. 2 to take up the application and dispose of the same by 30.03.2026. 4. With these observations, WPA 3223 of 2026 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
