By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/family pension/gratuity/Revised salary within a time bound manner. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2026:HHC:25620 ) (ii) The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the Representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioners in accordance with law in a time bound manner.” 2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that as the issue raised in this petition is pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, this petition be disposed of with the direction that the judgment of the Hon’ble Division Bench in CWP No. 2108 of 2023, titled as Bhagat Ram versus Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others shall be binding upon the parties.
