By way of present application, a prayer has been made, on behalf of applicant Komal, to release the amount of compensation, falling to her share. As per the record, the present appeal was decided by the Lok Adalat, on 13.12.2025. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant/Insurance Company, the amount, as mentioned in the report of the Registry, alongwith up-to-date interest, falling to the share of applicant, is ordered to be released in her favour. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank account of the applicant, as per particulars mentioned in para-5 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
