Heard Sri.Basavaraju M.C., learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.H.R.Renuka, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to point out any error in the order under review and also unable make out any grounds to allow the review petition. 4. We have perused the grounds urged in the review petition and the order under review. 5. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record to review the judgment dated 09.07.2024 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11886-DB R.P. No.540/2025 passed in W.A.No.296/2022.
