Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. The petitioner is working as an Advocate in the Allagadda Courts. The petitioner was not present before the learned Trial Court on 28.04.2026, and a Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been pending for trial for the past six years. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, if one more opportunity had been granted to the petitioner, the ends of justice would have been served. Hence, the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 28.04.2026 by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Allagadda, against the petitioner is hereby recalled, subject to the condition that the 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.3812 of 2026 Dated 01.05.2026 petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate on the next date of hearing, i.e., 08.05.2026, without fail. 5.
