This is not a case where the objections were not cleared in their entirety. The Court-fees were paid, but on account of miscalculation, there was a deficient. 5. The learned counsel says that the deficit court-fee has now been paid and accepted by the Registry. 6. Accordingly, this C.M.P. is allowed and L.P.A. (Filing) No. 5635 of 2025 is restored. 7.
