Som, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioners, namely, (i) Manoj Bharali and (ii) Minu Hazarika who are apprehending arrest in connection with an FIR, Complaint or GD Entry maintained at Gohpur Police Station. 3. It is submitted by Ms. Som, learned counsel that due to some technical irregularity, she wants to withdraw the present pre-arrest bail application, with a liberty to file afresh, to which Mr. Kaushik, learned APP raised no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stand disposed of on withdrawal. 6. Liberty as prayed for, so granted. 7. Case diary may be returned. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
