The petitioner no. 1 has got one criminal antecedent and the petitioner no. 2 does not have any criminal antecedent. However, considering the facts that the petitioners are in custody since 11.03.2026 and the nature of the offence, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistate in connection with Torpa P.S.
