For the respondent: Mr. Prince Chauhan, Advocate ____________________________________________________________ Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of office order dated 17.11.2025 passed by Deputy Registrar (Estt.), CSKHPKV, Palampur, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed on notional basis w.e.f 01.01.2001 and on actual basis w.e.f. 16.07.2025. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 10.03.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No.5671 of 2024, titled, Sh. Ramesh Chand vs Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Vishvavidyalaya, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
