4. Issue notice. The learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 2.
5. The petitioner claims that she had visited an Aadhaar Centre on 25.03.2023 for the purpose of updating her photograph and mobile number, but her Date of Birth was altered from 01.01.1980 to 01.11.1995 without her knowledge or consent. Thereafter, UIDAI had rejected her grievance on 05.05.2026, claiming that the change was based on a Birth Certificate, without verifying records or producing it. Her appeal, denying ever submitting such a certificate, was allegedly dismissed by a cryptic, non- speaking order dated 22.05.2026, which is under challenge before this Court.
