Heard Mr. Mridul Chetia, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying for grant of regular bail to the accused who has been arrested in connection with Dumporijo P.S. Case No. 11/2026 registered under Sections 21(a) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
3. It appears that the offence alleged against the accused is bailable offence.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw this bail application so as to enable him to file an appropriate application before the learned trial Court for release of the accused.
5. Mr. Token Ete, learned Addl. P.P., Arunachal Pradesh, has no objection to the above prayer.
6. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the appropriate Court, if so advised.
