This MCC has been filed by the applicants for restoration of WPS No. 13481 of 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that WPS No. 13481 of 2025 is squarely covered with the judgment passed by this Court in Faguvaram Patel & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on 30.09.2022)] whereas it has been inadvertently disposed of on 01.12.2025 in terms of Abha Namdeo & Another vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others (WPS No. 11009 of 2025, decided on 24.11.2025). Therefore, he would pray for recalling of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 13481 of 2025 and also prayed for disposing of WPS No. 13481 of 2025 in terms of Faguaram Patel. 3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and also going through with the contents of the writ petition bearing WPS No. 13481 of 2025, it is quite vivid that it is not case of 'Kramonnati' whereas it is case of 'leave encashment' of Work Charge and Contingency Paid Employee. Considering this aspect of the matter, the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 13841 of 2025 on 01.12.2025 is recalled and same is disposed of in terms of judgment passed by this Court in Faguvaram Patel & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on 30.09.2022)]. 4. A copy of this order passed by this Court today shall be kept in the file of WPS No. 13481 of 2025.
