The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rail (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 16/2025 (N). It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two persons were apprehended by the Police and 25 kg of Ganja was recovered from their possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused. It has further been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner Cum Spl. Judge, Ranchi in connection with Rail (Hatia) P. S.
