It has been alleged that 2 miscreants were apprehended by the police and from their possession 2.08 gm of brown sugar was recovered. It appears that the petitioner has been implicated on confession of co-accused persons who have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 2028 of 2026 and 2034 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2026. Although, it has been submitted by the learned Special P.P. for the State that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, but regard being had to the manner of his implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with NDPS Case No. 1 of 2026 arising out of Godda (Town) P.
