Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a direction, directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C./C.A.W.U. Rampur to decide the Case No. 150 of 2025 (Smt. Nida Khan @ Nida Aslam Versus Tanveer Ali Khan and others) under section 12 of the Protection of the Women from the Domestic Violence Act at Police Station-Ganj, District-Rampur expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the wife before the court concerned. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) F.T.C./C.A.W.U. Rampur to decide the Case No. 150 of 2025 (Smt. Nida Khan @ Nida Aslam Versus Tanveer Ali Khan and others) under Section 12 of the Protection of Women Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pratiksha Kumari Sudhakar, Vivek Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt Nida Khan @ Nida Aslam .....Petitioner(s) Tanveer Ali Khan And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) from Domestic Violence Act at Police Station Ganj, District Rampur within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
