In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for the following relief/s: “i. Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents No.1 to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.10.2025 vide Annexure-D, and to regularise the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of 10 years of service and also to grant him the pay scale attached to the post from the date of his appointment or at least from the date they completed 10 years of service as revised from time to time and to pay him - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:9401 WP No. 37908 of 2025 the arrears of salary, increment and other service benefits on par with regular employees OR consider the case of the petitioner for Permanent employee of the respondents; ii. The case of the petitioner is that he was initially appointed as a Typist/Computer Operator at respondents’ Department in the year 2007. Since the petitioner completed more than ten years of service, he submitted a representation dated 14.10.2025 vide Annexure-D seeking regularization of his services. So far, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.10.2025 vide Annexure-D seeking regularization of his services.
