THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CIVIL REVISOIN PETITION No.1378 of 2026 ORDER:
After advancing arguments to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and requested to grant liberty to file a fresh interlocutory application before the trial Court along with contemporaneous signatures.
2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court by filing a fresh Interlocutory Application. There shall be no order as to costs.
