Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) In sequel to previous orders, respondents No. 1 and 2 are present in the Court. They have tendered unconditional apology. It is further submitted by the respondents that the obstruction over the suit land has been removed and there is no hindrance of any kind qua the usage of the same. 2. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the obstruction is removed, the present petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance 2 with law, in case any of his grievance still remains unredressed. 3.
