The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa PS Case No. 258 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant had a friendship with the petitioner for the last one year and on 03.12.2025, the petitioner had called the informant to the forest and asked her to establish physical relationship with the petitioner and another person. Thereafter, both the accused persons had established physical relationship. Though it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2025 and he was having a love affair with the victim but regard being had to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the victim was found to be aged about 15 years, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
