1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :-

2 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to issue Caste Certificate to the Petitioner. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents by issuing the writ in the nature of mandamus to comply the order passed in WPC No. 2405 of 2020 dated 16/10/2020. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh if occasion arises.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow above prayer.
4. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
5. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner as sought for.
