At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since all the alleged offences are bailable in nature, he may be allowed to file appropriate representation before the concerned Investigating Officer along with supportive documents. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that if any representation is filed by the petitioner before the Investigating Officer, same shall be taken into consideration before forming any opinion. 4. In view of the above, this Criminal Misc. Petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to file an appropriate representation along with the relevant documents before the Investigating Officer within a period of 10 days from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioners, the Investigating Officer shall duly consider the same before forming any opinion in the matter, provided that the investigation has not been concluded till date. 5.
