Learned counsel for petitioner No.2 has filed a memo seeking permission to withdraw the petition. Memo reads as under: "The under signed counsel submits the Petitioner No.2 is does not wish to proceed with the above petition as such and wish to withdraw this petition in so far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned. Further, the Petitioner No.2 most humbly seek the liberty to file a fresh petition. Hence, the under signed prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to permit the under signed to withdraw the above petition as not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity."
