Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of present case, from the respondents. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation preferred by the petitioner for grant of seniority on the post of the Upper Division Teacher from 02.07.2008, in accordance with law. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including the award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that seniority of the petitioner has wrongly been fixed against which he has already submitted a representation before respondent no. 3 on 28.10.2025, however, till date the representation submitted by petitioner is not considered and no orders have been passed, therefore, direction be passed to take decision on pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, further considering the nature of grievances and the representation submitted by petitioner vide Annexure P-6 which is still pending consideration before the concerned authorities, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 3 to take decision on the representation submitted by 3 / 3 the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of this Order. 6.
