Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned to conclude the trial of Case No. 13719 of 2026 (State vs. Sonu and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 231 of 2025, under Sections 352, 115(2), 351(2)/324(4) BNS, Police Station Mainather, District Moradabad, pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division), Court No. 2, Moradabad, expeditiously within stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that charge sheet against the applicant has been submitted on 05.12.2025, whereupon cognizance has taken on 16.1.2026. It is submitted that the aforesaid case is pending before the court concerned since 2025. Looking to the aforesaid circumstances, it is directed that trial pending before the concerned court be concluded expeditiously, as early as possible, in accordance law, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
