Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sonepat, Haryana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sonepat, Haryana to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sonepat, Haryana to consider and decide the representation dated 03.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this
order and pass an appropriate order.
