By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs : 10.1 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to decide the application of the petitioners and execute the order of the appellate authority (SDO(R)) within time frame of 15 days. 10.2 That this Hon'ble court kindly be pleased to direct the Tehsildar Dabhara District Janjgir Champa for complying the order of appellate authority in 15 days. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner 2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and to this effect, a compromise deed has been filed before the concerned Civil Court and the subject civil suit has already been disposed of on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
