Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs: 3 / 4 “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to the place of posting be considered for the petitioner by deciding the representation. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to give posting to the petitioner at Raigarh District in compliance of order dated 05-05-2025. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to organize counseling for 13 posts in District Raigarh. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the posting of petitioner anywhere in District Raigarh, where the respondent No.4 to 14 have been posted. 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.3 has issued order of promotion on 01.05.2025 from the post of Head Master Primary School/Teacher to the post of Head Master Middle School. Name of the petitioner is mentioned in the promotion order at Sr. No.319 and according to order of promotion, petitioner is posted at Govt. Middle School, Tilaidadar, Block- Baramkela, District- Sarangarh Bilaigarh. It is contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to order dated 05.05.2025 issued by respondent No.3 mentioning the name of about 13 Teachers to be not relieved, petitioner is also not relieved for his joining at the promoted place of posting. 4 / 4 Petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.3 on 05.05.2025 but till date it is pending consideration and therefore a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. If the representation is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent No.3 and if such representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the same, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of representation along with pending representation.
