Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of S.T. No. 1061/2022, arising out of Case Crime No. 122/2022, under Sections- 342, 364, 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station- Chhata, District- Mathura , pending before the Addition District and Session Judge, Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial has pending since 2022. The charge has been framed on 07.12.2022 but not a single witness has been examined till date. It is further submitted that the considerable time has already been lapsed nothing has been done. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
