2. We have perused the entire order which nowhere reflects that the Writ Petition No.1515/2020 is disposed of. On the contrary, it shows that the application is filed by the petitioner for de-tagging the Writ Petition No.4442/2021 from Writ Petition No.1515/2020, which was allowed and we have also clarified that Writ Petition No.4442/2021 is de-tagged from Writ Petition No.1515/2020. Whereas, while updating the status, the staff has uploaded and updated it as disposed of. 2026:BHC-NAG:12816-DB
(2) 69.wp.1515.2020 We have already directed the staff to restore the original status that the petition is pending and upload it on the website.
3. With this direction, the Civil Application is disposed of.
4. It was also pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that his attorney Mr. Vivek Khapekar before filing of this application approached to the concerned staff, but the concerned staff behaved with him rudely. We gave an understanding to the concern staff also that such type of the behaviour will not be tolerated in future. Such practice by the staff is deprecated. On the contrary, due to the conduct of the staff, unnecessary this Court has to waste its time in unwarranted things. We warned the staff that in future if such type of the behaviour is noticed, we will take the necessary action against them.
