Ganjhu, A.P.P. ------ 03/ 09.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, Deoghar. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing incriminating has been found against the petitioner. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there of entering into the house of the informant and committing theft on the pistol point. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the allegations are made that miscreants have come on white Scorpio vehicle and by way of taking out the pistol, they have threatened not to raise voice, otherwise they will be finished and further in the CCTV footage, it has also come that the miscreants were wearing the mask. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am no inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.)
