This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, in respect of Page No.# 2/2 Sessions Case No. 23(DM)/2023 pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Darrang, Mangaldoi. 3. Out of 13 (thirteen) witnesses, 10 (ten) witnesses, including the victim woman, have already been examined by the Trial Court. Only three witnesses remain to be examined. 4. This Court is of the opinion that at this stage, if the petitioner is allowed to go on bail, it may hamper early disposal of the case before the Trial Court. 5.
