This is an application filed for impleading the opposite party Nos.11 and 12 as respondent Nos.11 and 12 in the accompanying writ petition being WP(C)No.5712/2025. 3. Taking into account the order passed by this Court on 23.07.2026, it is the opinion of this Court that the opposite party Nos.11 and 12 are necessary Page No.# 4/4 parties to the dispute raised in the accompanying writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the opposite parties Nos.11 and 12 are arrayed as respondent Nos.11 and 12 to the accompanying writ petition. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court and the Registry on the basis of the said fresh memo of parties as well as the instant order shall make the necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 6.
